Ms. Aimee Lawrence is the Chief Operating Officer for The Whitmore Company and Whitmore Management. She will maintain continuous lines of communication and keep the teams informed of all critical issues. Ms. Lawrence promotes a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. She is responsible for the daily operation of both companies and works closely with the principals, Mr. Daniel W. Aston and Ms. Kay J. Harlow.

As a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo Bank for the past few years, Ms. Lawrence was a banking management professional with extensive experience developing high net worth client relationships and referral networks. She delivered exceptional results through client management and strategic planning. Her expertise was in cultivating and establishing lasting relationships by leveraging core strengths and connections to develop new business and establish lasting relationships, as well as securing strategic alliances. Managing the team included conducting skill assessments, development feedback, and directing daily operations. Ms. Lawrence built revenue by growing deposits/loans concentrating on commercial and small business lending. She also enjoyed building relationships in the community through volunteering, local business outreach programs, and partner activities.

Prior to working as a branch manager, Ms. Lawrence was in retail management for over ten years. She used her management expertise at various companies such as Retail Brand Alliance (also known as Brooks Brothers), The Limited Corporation, LLC, and Dillard’s, Inc. She worked her way up by achieving goals and optimizing business while delivering the highest standards in the competitive fashion industry. She developed solutions for marketing strategies, staff training, and overall compliance. Ms. Lawrence maximized sales by consistently promoting a culture of customer service excellence year-on-year growth. Working at all levels, such as Store Manager, Area Manager, General Manager, Merchandising Trainer, and Management Trainer gave her a well-rounded perspective for business needs in order to create solutions.
